Richard's Bio

Hi, my name is Rich Railton, based in Northamptonshire, I have been married to Rebekah for a year and a half, we have two kittens, and we are due our first baby in April, so life is getting more interesting every day! I am currently working at an Outdoor Activity Centre with groups such as the Prince’s Trust, Connexions, and schools, using outdoor sports as a means of teaching teamwork, listening, personal development, goal setting, and creativity. I am also a freelance Success Trainer with “Success Matters International” and right now am in the middle of creating a new Youth Work Development Programme with the help of my wife and Family.

Rebekah's Bio

Rebekah has a background in Youth Work, Education, Life Coaching and Small Business Start up and development. She is a fully trained Results Life Coach and has a University Diploma in 'Small Business Management.

Rebekah is currently working as a Life Coach, Success Trainer, and Author. Right now, she is working on developing a new e-course about success and is writing a course on how to coach yourself and how to coach in pairs or small groups.

Our dream is to make life coaching and personal development available to people of all backgrounds and walks of life. Not to just work with those who are already successful, have lots of money, and want to improve, but also to work with those who may not have much money, those who do not even think they are allowed to dream let alone know how to get there.

We are both commented Christians and we believe God made everyone of us to achieve great things, help others and to strengthen the world around them. We believe in those the world has forgotten and trodden underfoot. We know you are all heroes and have something to give. If people have said, you are rubbish and will never amount to much, ignore them! What do they know? Show them who you are! Together we can change the world
