Do you ever feel like sometimes life gets so crazy that we forget to live the life
that we WANT to live! We get so busy just trying to survive that we forget we can
change things and move ourselves forward. I know this feeling! Not long ago I was
living a life just like that! But one day I decided enough is enough and that from
now on things were going to change. My life is my own, not my boss’s or the bill
company’s. I was no longer going to be a slave to the sad life I had created for
myself. I wanted out! I wanted to make changes in my life and not only to improve
things for myself, but also to make a difference to the world around me.
“That’s all very well” you may say, “but how can I make changes? I don’t know where
to start!” Well this is where a life coach can come in… No matter what things you
want to change, grow or develop; your Life Coach is there to help you along the way.

The best way to describe life coaching is
as a mixture of all the best elements of
business, personal development, and sport.
It is like having a mentor to really believe in you and help you set bigger goals for yourself, a manager to break the goals down into logical steps, a personal trainer to keep you on your path, and a sports coach to give you feedback that will help to improve your game.
Is ‘life’ driving you?
Or are you driving
your life?
Our coaching series last for 12 weeks, with one, one-hour long session per week during
this period. During each session, we will review your goals, see how things are going,
and plan new actions for the next week. The first session “The Trial Session” is
completely free, and after that, our fee is £50 per session paid in advance in two
£200 instalments and one £150 instalment over the twelve-week period.

During your first session with your coach, it is kind of like having a mentor for yourself, someone who believes in you, and helps you to create a big vision for yourself, and set powerful goals.
Once you have set those goals you want for your life, your coach becomes a little like a manager. Someone to help you set strategies for doing your work, sets deadlines for you, and monitors you to see how you are doing. Your coach also helps to keep you on track, focused on your goal. This is a bit like having a personal trainer to keep you focused and determined.
Finally, you might already have these great goals; know how to get there in principle; and been giving it all you’ve got; but still not getting the results you want. If this is the case, your Life Coach can become like a sports coach. Someone who can see things that maybe you cannot, things to help you improve your game. Your coach will be providing you with that input, input that can really make a difference to your performance.
As coaches, we are 100% committed to you achieving your goals, without our own agendas. There is almost no other structure in life, which can offer you this kind of benefit.
